One waiter can only attend one table at a time. When three tables need attention at once, service breaks down. Virtual Waitress helps hospitality teams manage tables, orders, and service requests clearly — so staff can move faster and no customer gets forgotten. Customers interact through a QR code: browse the menu, place their order, or call for assistance. Orders land on the owner's screen the second a waiter sends them, with his name and the time on them. No special hardware required.
